  • To begin, prepare the chicken wings.
  • If you have a whole set of wings, divide them into drums and flats.
  • Check that they are defrosted.
  • Allow them to totally dry (this will help them get crispy).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the wings, oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to cover the wings completely.
  • You are free to use your favorite seasonings, however, this is a basic standard chicken wing flavor combination (and delicious).
  • Preheat the Air Fryer for 2 minutes at 400°F.
  • Cook the wings in a single layer in the air fryer (they should not touch) for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • After the timer goes off, gently open the chicken wings and flip them over.
  • Close the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees F.
  • Remove the chicken wings from the pan and serve with your favourite sides or dips!

Yes, but it takes a lot longer to get them crispy. Bake for 30 minutes, then turn and cook for another 15-30 minutes, depending on crispiness preference.
