Instruction: How to make monster cookies
Step 1: In a large bowl combine butter, sugars, and peanut butter and use a stand mixer or electric mixer until it combines really well.
Step 2: Add your eggs and vanilla extract and stir it well.
Step 3: Take a separate bowl, whisk together cornstarch, flour, baking soda, and salt.
Step 4: Add your flour mixture to your wet ingredients and stir (with mixer on low speed so you don’t ship flour flying everywhere!) until flour is completely incorporated into the batter. Be positive to scrape the perimeters and backside of the bowl in order that ingredients are well-combined.
step 5: Add your oats, as well as other add-ingredients, and stir well.
Step 6: Cover cookie dough with plastic wrap and switch to the fridge. Allow dough to sit back for a minimum half-hour (this dough may be chilled longer or even overnight if wished).
Step 7: 15 minutes earlier than dough is finished chilling, preheat your oven to 350F (175C) and line the cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Step 8: Once the dough has chilled, do away from the refrigerator and roll into 1 half of Tablespoon-sized balls and place on the prepared cookie sheet, spacing cookie dough at least 2″ apart.
Step 9: Bake on 350F (175C) for eleven-12 mins or until edges are beginning to show light golden brown. Allow cookies to cool absolutely on the baking sheet before taking part.
