What is Desi Chow Mein Recipe?

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti for 1 minute shorter than the package directions.
  2. In a mixing dish, combine all of the sauce ingredients.
  3. Mix in 2 tablespoons of the sauce with the chicken. Marinate the chicken in the marinade for 20 minutes.
  4. Season the oil with garlic and chilies. Stir-fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes on high heat, or until done.
  5. Stir in the vegetables, excluding the green onions, and continue to stir fry for 2 minutes, or until tender.
  6. Combine the prepared sauce and noodles in a mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with green onion and toss thoroughly. Serve.
