Fish Tacos Recipe, that is a great meal, and a taste of summer. They are simple to make & very easy to make at home, no more difficult in fact than a hamburger or a lot of pancakes, & they are much more flavorful.

  1. To create the beer batter, mix together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and add a salt mixing bowl. Blend the egg and beer together, and add briskly into the flour mixture (don’t worry there may be a few lumps).
  2. To prepare the white sauce, mix the yogurt and mayonnaise in a medium mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in fresh lime juice until it gets a little liquid thickness. oregano,  Jalapeno, oregano, capers, cumin, dill, & cayenne pepper are also used to season.
  3. Heat the deep-fryer oil to 375 degrees F. (190 degrees C).
  4. Using some dusting of flour, gently coat the fish pieces. Dip into the white sauce and cook till golden brown & crisp.
  5. Use the paper towels, absorb any remaining water. Tortillas must be lightly fried, not really too crunchy.
  6. To serve, wrap a tortilla over fried fish and top with chopped cabbage & white sauce.
