Icecream Recipe Strawberry is thick and creamy, with a delicious fresh strawberry flavor. It’s egg-free, cook-free, and really simple to make!

Can you tell I’ve been eating a lot of ice cream lately? Since Saturday, I’ve been sharing ice cream every day. I adore handmade ice cream, and this strawberry ice cream is an excellent addition to my repertoire.

I’m not sure if it’s the hot weather (it’s been in the mid-90s here for the last two weeks or so) or the fact that this Sunday is National Ice Cream Day, but whatever it is, I want to eat ice cream almost every day this summer. Icecream Recipe Strawberry!

This strawberry ice cream is as fresh as it gets. It’s rich and creamy, with just the right amount of fresh strawberry taste. To make the ice cream completely smooth, blend 2 cups of chopped strawberries in a food processor. If you like it chunkier, with strawberry chunks throughout, simply mash the strawberries with a potato masher or forks instead.

Sugar, heavy cream, whole milk, a dash of vanilla extract, and a sprinkle of salt are also required for the ice cream. That’s all. You only need 6 ingredients and an hour to make wonderful strawberry ice cream. I usually enjoy custard-based ice creams with eggs tempered into the boiled heavy cream, but this is an eggless strawberry ice cream and you won’t miss it at all; it’s still wonderful and creamy and very simple to make!
