Fish fry masala or masala fish is a mouth-watering and very tempting fried fish recipe made the use of fresh fish pieces popping out instantly from freshwater. This is the satisfactory masala fish recipe where we want to marinate the lined masala fish pieces and then shallow fry them till they turn gentle and crisp.
To make this simple easy fish fry, fish need double marination. The first marination is for that the fish absorbs all the spices and the second one is for to give the crust to the fish.
How to select the fish for this recipe
The primary and the maximum critical part in making fish recipes is the choice of the fish and if an awesome fish is selected, then half work is carried out.
The fish has to be alive, fresh, then it has to be reduced into preferred styles and sizes. The fish selection plays a crucial role in fish fry masala as each exceptional fish offers out a one-of-a-kind taste.
If the fish is simply too large then, the taste of the fish isn’t great although the recipe is made flawlessly. The fish decided on the need to be a tasty one like murrel fish, surmai fish, seer fish, and so on…
