Instructions

  1. Take a flat bottom curry pan and arrange the chicken pieces in it.
  2. Add all the ingredients for the marination (listed above), cover, and set aside 90 mins to marinate.
  3. After marinating, place the pan with the chicken on high flame.
  4. Cook the chicken on high to medium heat for 5 mins. Stir once or twice.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 mins.
  6. Remove lid and add pepper powder and all the sauces. Give a mix.
  7. Now add the coriander leaves, mint leaves, and green chili. Give a mix.
  8. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 mins.
  9. Lastly, add the garam masala and fresh cream.
  10. Cook 2 mins on low heat.
  11. Serve with naan or rice or Pasta.

Notes

  • Some of ingredients are optional. If you have not availble all these ingredients no need of worry you can skip them.
